It's time to bring the fun back.

So . . . I think I might be edging towards a nervous breakdown.

NERVES = SHOT

Reasons include the 13-14 hour work days, minimal sleep, eating dinner at midnight for the past 4 days, financial panic, relationship fall-outs, etc, etc, etc.

I went into a 24-hour Duane Reade on Wednesday night at 11:45 p.m. to buy a box of macaroni and cheese, socks, underwear, a toothbrush, and a magazine. (OK, the magazine wasn’t necessary and I’ll get to it in a couple months after I’ve gotten to the large stack of old maggies already living in my apartment, but it was there and I was there and it looked to need a home.) You see, when you’re not leaving work until 11:00 p.m., it’s hard to get to things like food shopping and laundry.

I’m pretty sure that if I closed my eyes right now I’d be asleep in 10 seconds.

My plan for tomorrow:
- sleep in
- do laundry
- pick up week-old dry cleaning
- go to the gym
- take a long bath
- go food shopping
- cook a nice dinner
- watch a movie
- read a magazine, or 8
- go to sleep

I am really looking forward to tomorrow.

I’ll probably spend most of Sunday coming up with a plan for how to get my life back.

I heart Glamour magazine.

Shirley Velasquez: you rock.

Fareed Zakaria is an ass.

*No, I've never actually heard of either of these people before. I'm not that "in the know" about magazine editors/journalists but I DO have a subscription to Glamour (as well as almost every other pulpy women's magazine you can think of) AND this Fareed guy DOES sound like an ass.*

Shut it.

Yup, I took the blog down.
Yup, I put it back up.
Nope, I don't want to explain.
Yup, I'm going to figure out how to put up my past posts.
Yup, I really am.
Yup, I changed my blog address.
Nope, I couldn't use my old one.
Nope, Blogspot wouldn't let me use it again.
Nope, I have no idea why.
Yup, I was mad.
Yup, I'm procrastinating at work.
Nope, I shouldn't be.
Yup, I don't give a shit.
Yup, it's time to cut it out.
[deleted Full House joke]
Yup, this blog is kick-ass.
Yup, I over exaggerate quite a bit.
